Button cell battery can influence the world in different manner

Among all the different types of batteries that are there available in the market,  button cell battery i swidely known as basic batteries that are being used for general applications. The reason why they are known as button cell batteries is just that their shape and size are of like that of button cell. Small size and shape can make them use in small devices. 

These batteries mare mostly used in applications where it can be removed and replaced with another set of batteries. Button cell batteries can be replaceable with other silver zinc batteries in which silver is used in common and other element used is zinc as a composition. This batteryis made up of composite combination of silver and oxide. The Button cell battery is made up of composite combination of silver and oxide. The size of the batteries can be made small by using less amount of silver in it. As it is obvious that the silver costs high, but because the amount of silver used in the cell is less, the cost of these battery is also less. This makes the battery very cost effective. 

The main focused market of these batteries are aerospace, defence, submarine etc. But now it has entered in a new market that is of laptops. The main reason why it can better serve laptops market is that they have very good deliverability in terms of electromagnetic power. Button cells can also be used in flight entertainment devices because the devices are to be used throughout the day. And the battery is chargeable. Whereas silver zinc batteries are non-rechargeable. And that is the reason why they are little less popular.

The size of the batteries can be made small by using less amount of silver in it. As it is obvious that the silver costs high, but because the amount of silver used in the cell is less, the cost of these battery is also less. This makes the battery very cost effective. Silver zinc battery is replaceable because they have the same characteristic as that of button cell battery.
